Business Sales Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of the 2nd largest Logistics, Trucking and Warehousing business in Denver. We are pleased to have sold the business, offering seller advisory services. The company was acquired by a strategic Buyer also from Denver as part of a leveraged buyout funded by Key Bank. The company provided LTL and LMD warehousing, and logistics services in the Denver Metro area. It was awarded the Provider of the Year Award twice and Outstanding Service Award by their customers.
