M&A Division completes sale of Oil Field Services Company
We are pleased to announce that our M&A division just completed the sale of an Oil Field Services Company. It was purchased by two Private Equity Groups from California. This transaction brings capital and expertise to the Oil Field Services Company which will catapult this great business forward in the next few years.
